Summary:
Responsible for performing quality landscape services for our customers in a safe and efficient manner. The position reports directly to the crew leader.
Essential Job Functions for Landscape Crew Members:
- Report at the designated start time to review the schedule/route
- Mow grass using commercial mowing equipment
- Edge curbs and walks using a weedeater
- Cleanup of property using a backpack blower
- Bed and pavement weed control
- Pruning of shrubs and trees
- Soil preparation for flower and plant installation
- Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Cleanup of beds during spring operations
- Edge beds using a Little Wonder Bed Shaper
- Apply mulch to landscape beds
- Fall cleanup of leaves, perennials, and debris
- Load/Unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
- Secure equipment for transport to properties
- Clean trucks & equipment
- General equipment maintenance
